A clear soup has only vegetables added to it and you can see each vegetable clearly, but you can add corn starch or potato starch to make the broth little bit thicker in texture.

This simple, easy and popular healthy mixed vegetable soup is a delicious combination of vegetables and spices. This is a great way to burn fat, calories, lose weight and flush out toxins.


  • 6 Onions large

  • 6 Tomatoes huge or two large tomato cans

  • 4 Carrots

  • 2 Bell Peppers green

  • 1/2 head Cabbage

  • 10 cup Water

  • 1/2 cup Scallions chopped

  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms chopped

  • 1 bunch Celery with leaves

  • 1/2 head Cauliflower white

  • Salt to taste

  • Ground Black Pepper to taste


  • Dice the vegetables and put them in a pot. Fill the pot with water. Add or reduce the amount of water as per your taste or how thick you want your soup to be.
  • Boil for ten minutes, then simmer till the vegetables are tender. Season as you go along.
