1 English Cucumber
1/2 Onion red
1 Avocado peeled, diced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lime Juice squeezed from fresh lime
2 tbsp Cilantro Leaves chopped
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Take all the veggies and chop them in fine pieces.
- Place the chopped veggies in a salad bowl.
- Add the olive oil and lime juice drizzling over the veggies. Toss them with a wooden spatula.
- Add salt and ground pepper. Toss gently again.
- Serve the salad in a plate
- You can use the dressing of your choice instead of lime juice.
